Nice buys, Nordy.
Thanks. I love both those Deicide albums the stuff after the Hoffman brother left doesn't get enough credit.

Yeah, Scars is good but to me it's not a patch of Redemption.

Morbid Angel - Enshrined By Grace

Heretic (2003)

Love the solo that kicks in around the three minute mark. It's as if some blues guitar great walked into the studio in front of the band laid down a few licks then walked out.

Pain - Party in my Head

Peter Tägtgren writes a catchy as f*ck pop song. Adore his facial expressions throughout the video.

Joe Lynn Turner - Tears of Blood

Belly of the Beast (2022)

Fantastic to hear a classic rock singer with industrial metal style instruments. Although this probably isn't extreme metal it's the singing that gives it the hard rock style. If Tägtgren sang it himself it would seem more aggressive no doubt.

Listening to this tonight. I have been on a first aid course all week with an exam practical and theory yesterday so this is the first night I could actually relax and listen to some records my mind was in overdrive trying to remember all the stuff I was learning all week.

Anyway INCANTATIOOOOOOOON

I love the Jungle Rot artwork and I was expecting plain red vinyl so the splatter was a nice surprise.
