Delighted you snapped it up, Justin.

I really like that album - KING, The Pentagram Burns. I love their stripped down sound. It doesn't come across as that extreme on record i admit...but live it's like having knives slashing your ears.

I'm made up having just ordered The Almighty's debut Blood Fire and Love. I've been after it at a nice (cheap) price on cd for years and finally.

It ain't extreme metal but i'm 'F*ckin' lovin' it!'

Quick question (mainly for Nordy)

Is thrash classed as extreme?

I've just posted vids by Destruction and Kreator in the What are you Listening to? thread. Is this thread their rightful home?

I think they would definitely fit in here.

One of my favourites Still reading Lords of Chaos and both of them are dicks so it's not even worth choosing sides They both came up with some fantastic music though! Definitely a case of seperating the artist from their art!

Oh, I suppose I should mention that In Flames have announced some UK headline dates in April, I can't recall them all but Manchester Ritz on 4th April. I'm considering it, but it's a Thursday night and I'll have to be in work the next day...

I saw In Flames a few years back...supporting Motorhead at Manchester Apollo.

Girlschool opened the show if anyones interested.

I'll definitely be getting the new album. Really like the three i've heard so far.
