I saw CoF on every album tour they did up to but not including Midian unfortunately as now it's one of my favourite albums by them. Believe it or not they played in Liverpool (and the vicinity) a LOT in the mid-late 90's. The first time I saw them they were part of a Peaceville records showcase, Either My Dying Bride or At The Gates were headlining and I picked up their demo tape because I thought them extremely interesting. It went on from there. Best one I saw them on was the V Empire tour at Buckley Tivoli.
