Favourite Tracks of Any Artists.

Simple really choose a singer or a band and list what you consider there top ten tunes. Can be any artist from any genre, there is no wrong answer as the list is your preference what ever any one else says. Simples.
This is helpful because sometimes if I am not overly familiar with a band its nice to know what tracks are other peoples fav's.

Something else we agree on, swap Gemini for Love to Hate though

Dead Skin Mask is my favourite Slayer song, and has been since first hearing it in 1992, listening to them play at Monsters of Rock 92 on Radio 1

@ nos42

That's the whole point - narrowing it down. Anyone can list 15, 20 tracks.

Do it properly in future. Or not at all. :mod:

:tongue1:

nosferatu42 23rd April 2017 11:22 PM

It would be a lot easier with a lot of bands but because i grew up listening to this stuff i'm more attached.

If a bands less well known then people should be advised on the songs to listen to i feel.;)

I'd like to mention that the bands recent album Golgotha is the best thing they've recorded since The 80's. However none of the songs have made the top 10 as they haven't stood the test of time yet.

Not quite top ten material I'm afraid. The Prodigy have produced so many great tracks though that it was very difficult narrowing them down. I could have easily listed about 30+ tracks that would have all been killer.

I actually prefer the Pendulum remix. I suppose remixes by other artists don't count. It would be top 5 for me if they did!

I also like the Pendulum remix.

I actually have most of the early Prodigy singles and EPs, which include a lot of b-sides and remixes of their stuff. I always thought it weird that you often had to buy the singles to also sometimes get the original mixes of their tracks though. The original version of Fire for instance on the single is so much better than the 'Sunrise Version' on Experience.

I've realised it's going to take a bit more time, there are so many - I suppose when most albums have about 20 songs on them it makes it harder.

Demdike@Cult Labs 24th April 2017 08:11 PM

I just don't think i can do a top 10 for ZZ Top, Motorhead, Maiden, Kiss, Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Sabbath and other old faves.

They've just far too many albums out.
