A song written by Nick Cave especially for Lemper's 2000 album Punishing Kiss.

She normally performs songs by the great Kurt Weill but this album saw her singing with The Divine Comedy as her backing band and songs written by the likes of Scott Walker, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits and Phillip Glass.

If anyone likes this song then i highly recommend the album.
