The UK entry for the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest - James Newman with 'My Last Breath'

Don't think it'll worry the winning entries!

Green Day - Father of all Motherf^ckers

In 2020, just when you'd think Green Day would be at their most politically pissed off they release Father of All Motherf^ckers.

Ten songs of Ramones-esq pop punk (26 minutes long with songs lasting around two and a half minutes on average) guaranteed to make you sing-a-long and bounce like crazy.

Brilliant stuff.

I'll have to check that out, I must admit that after Uno, Dos, Tre I thought they had lost it!

I didn't even bother with that one.

Don't let the fact the album is short put you off. Like Slayer's Reign in Blood, it's all killer, no filler.

It's also an album that's better listened to in one go rather than just a single track or two. Of course that run time makes it easier to do as well.

I'm not sure where, but I read this was their last album in the current record deal with Warner. Being 26 minutes long, it is classified as an album rather than an EP, which have a maximum running length of 25 minutes.

Regardless of the reason for its speed and brevity, I have listened to it several times and enjoyed it each time.
