Trying to get myself in the mood for another week at work, as you can see, an hour and 48 minutes into being Monday at my desk and I'm already browsing the internet...

Ratt - Shame Shame Shame

Detonator (1990)

I saw Ratt at the now long gone International II in Manchester supporting the Detonator album. They were absolutely superb in a hot sweaty club. Met the band afterwards and had guitarist Warren De Martini sign my leather.

Poison - Every Rose Has Its Thorn

Storytime, back in the early 90's I remember walking all the way across town (I was like 14) to confess my feelings to some girl from school and she laughed and turned me down, I walked back home upset and listened to the song on my Walkman, not planned I just had the tape in.

If I only I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have got bothered about it
