| New Music Corey Taylor - We Are The Rest CMF2 (2023) I know people have strong opinions on the chatterbox that is Corey Taylor but he makes solo albums that update the 80's LA rock scene to a contemporary setting with added production crunch. His first solo record CMFT was excellent and this sounds it's equal if a little heavier and less bubblegum. The sort of music i've always loved and always will. Nosferatu@Cult Labs likes this. |

I heard this cover of The Passenger for the first time on Spotify a couple of days ago and have listened to it several times since. I have no idea why I haven't heard it before because I love Iggy Pop's song and think this is a great cover – the music has a completely different vibe while Siouxsie Sioux's distinctive voice evokes Iggy Pop's delivery of the same lyrics.
