Should have posted this on Sunday, but I forgot

The radio in the bar was on. It was Sunday afternoon. Radio 2 was playing, and this song came on:



I looked at one of the regulars - John (same music tastes as me) - and said "who'd have though that the Dead Kennedys would have been played on Radio 2 on a Sunday afternoon?" He looked at me and said "Give me a pint of strongbow"

I think that says it all!!

Our singer/rhythm guitarist got a free ticket to watch Saxon in Leeds last night, no idea how he managed it or what the gig was like, but last time he said they were stupidly loud!

Saxon are one of those bands that when you see them live they are definitely your favourite band.

He had two tickets when he went last time and asked me, but I couldn't go so our drummer went
