Made a similar mistake with Elliott Smith in Edinburgh! If any of my musical heroes play anywhere closeby I make sure I don't miss them now.

Just listening to Bruce Dickinson's Balls to Picasso album. A nice bit of rock to try and wake me up

Recently?

A Lucifer Rising soundtrack and sessions box set.

Downloads of early tapes by Consumer Electronics ('power electronics' or just noise, depending on your viewpoint)

Slave Riot by The Young Jazz Rebels

Soft Black Stars by Current 93.

To name a few...

Anyone heard of a Post-Punk (fused with some Country and Blues) band called The Gun Club? Been listening to them a lot recently, they are awesome.
