Oh! I've just seen the list. Its NME, i was thinking it was Q magazine. The NME are still wanking themselves silly over the indie stuff from when they used to sell a few magazines in the nineties.

I don't think it's a new one as it seems to be available on loads of different websites. I put the list into a Word document and am slowly deleting the ones I buy – I have 357 to go!
