That's the one. He's done two lps of folky type stuff, a mix of west coast hippy type folk and mandrake snorting English folk.

Speaking of weird English stuff, this is a great lp but I suspect it might be fake..FRUGAL PURITAN - FOLK POLICE

Ha! Folk Police are a great label, I heartily recommend their compilation of odd ball British folk "WeirdLore"

Speaking of folk, have you got Blood Ceremony's "The Eldritch Dark" yet? It's much more folky than the previous two.
