I just recieved the soundtrack for Death Proof (the best part of the film!) and Inglorious Basterds from a mate. It's absolutly brilliant! David Bowie's Cat People (Putting Out The Fire) is the best track IMO!

If you buy MOJO Magazine, Glen Tilbroke, (RPM Records, Squeeze) asked NBZ to cover a Beatles track for the September issue's cover CD , and it was done in 1 day and is free with the mag. Thought i'd rest the new NBZ album, 'Never to Late' and been listening to NBZ live at Wilbarston, were ever that is, but its England. Anyroads, classic R'n'B at its dirty best. Cheesy Euro-Pop
Mentioning the theme song to After Death / ZFE 3/ Zombie 4 got me thinking about all the other cheesy pop / disco/ metal songs that often turn up in euro horror. They are often extremely bad but at the same time really catchy and stick in your head for days. Anyone got any favourites? A few films off the top of my head: House on the Edge of the Park Emanuelle Around The World/ In America / Last Cannibals etc Contraband Faceless Zombi 3 Violence in a Women's Prison The Gestapo's Last Orgy The Last Hunter Four of the Apocalypse Keoma Mannaja:Man Called Blade (Martino say's they tried to copy Barry White!!) 99 Women Downtown (Franco) Night Train Murders Last edited by Pete; 24th September 2009 at 12:25 PM. |
