The rather fine The Owl Service have just put out 40 odd tracks for free download...a nice mix of psych folk and British horror film music covers. They even do "Alligator Man" from Dracula A.D. 1972! Collected Tracks | The Owl Service They have a new record out at the end of the month that in a weird twist, well for me anyway, they are quite deliberately doing it to sound like Steve Albini's Shellac! bizarre_eye@Cult Labs and Inspector Abberline like this. |
