Default New music – Biffy Clyro

This isn't the Biffy Clyro I fell in love with – it's not lyrically complex, the music seems far too 'radio friendly' and it sounds like there was Auto-Tune on Simon Neil's voice. I hope that isn't representative of the whole album.

Sounds like Biffy have gone down the radio pop route similar to Bring Me the Horizon.

My Chemical Romance - Na Na Na

MCR did the pop thing whilst keeping a bit of rock integrity.

I hope it's an outlier and not a typical song from the new album. It will be such a shame if such great band now produced MOR, generic radio friendly rock.

A bit of retro Alice Cooper at the moment; "The Last Temptation of Alice Cooper" and, even further back "From the Inside". ( Believe it or not I still have the original Marvel Comic of "From the Inside" I also have the Neil Gaiman penned "Last Temptation...")

'From The Inside' is my favourite Alice LP, and there are some cracking live versions of the title track

This one is from the 'Madhouse Rocks' tour in 1979. It was the first song of the set, and remember Alice was battling alcoholism at the time

This medley is from the 'Theatre Of Death' tour in 2009. Sadly, it's an audience shot thing - the actual DVD recorded version doesn't seem to be on YouTube, but you get the idea
