Dont forget Foster and Alan

Im sure i mentioned this before we had one Metal show for two hours once a week on a Sunday night years ago and they even took that away from us. There have been indie stations for metal but sooner or later they start playing non metal / rock rubbish. One of the most recent ones had an hour of African dance / techno music

It was so METAAALLLLLL.

You should hear radio in Yorkshire. It's practically speaker to speaker Saxon, Def Leppard, Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, The Cult and New Model Army

....or perhaps not.

When I am at work it's Planet Rock or Absolute Classic Rock.
We do stray occasionally for stuff like ' Pick of the Pops' on a Saturday.
KISS FM, Radio 1, Mellow Magic and Heart are banned completely.
No crap on my watch!

I just found this on Youtube, it sounds like it shouldn't work but it's actually been done really well! Give it a listen

Slayer vs B-52s mashup of Raining Blood and Rock Lobster

I love this song and video from The Distillers – I had a bit of a crush on Brody Dalle around the time this was heavily played on MTV 2.

This is their most recent single from 2018.

The Distillers - Man vs. Magnet

A new album is supposedly on the way. Recording began last year.
