I don't know a lot about music theory it has to be said, but I just watched this video and my mind is blown I guess this is the kind of thing Music School introduces you to...

I once attempted to learn some Dream Theater, after I’d finished crying in a corner I made the executive decision to never do something so stupid ever again

Memories, memories

The Monsters Of Rock festival at Castle Donington, before it became The Download Festival. One day, one stage, classic bands

I’ve got the program for 88, my cousin was there and gave me it when he gave me a cassette of the 7th Son album in 89, five years later he gave me my first guitar so I’ve a lot to thank him for

I bought a program in 88, being a gig virgin and all. Never again there though. Carrying the damn thing around all day was a pain in the ass.

You've made me want to dig out the program and have a look at it now. I think i will do later today. They are all tucked safely away.

Mines in a box in the loft with programs from World Piece Tour and Somewhere on Tour (both of which I bought at a record fair at the GMEX in the mid 90’s). I bought one when I saw them in Manchester in 2011, but I didn’t bother last year, for the same reason as you, didn’t wanna carry it around all night

1986 and 1987 the only 2 I went, great experiences, never liked the camping aspect of it though, always cold, wet, muddy, cramped, waking up with hangover and then using a disgusting portaloo that had diseases in it Dr Phibes would cherish!
