Me neither haha, they always sell well though, and yes, Maiden ripped off the twin guitars from Wishbone, as did Priest - an influential proto-metal band that no-one has heard

I'm listening to the first track on Argus, which i think is their most famous record.

It's over nine minutes long. And yes, it does seem that Harris is turning Maiden into a slightly heavier version of Wishbone Ash. Some cool guitar solos round the seven minute mark.

I'm pretty sure Les was sacked from Priest because he only knew one drum pattern anyway
