I recently watched a fairly interesting doc on Amazon Videos;
Soaring Highs and Brutal Lows: The Voices of Women in Metal (2015)

Featuring interviews with;

Doro Pesch (solo, Warlock)
Floor Jansen (pre-Nightwish, ReVamp, ex-After Forever)
Simone Simons (Epica)
Charlotte Wessels (Delain)
Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy, Kamelot)
Anneke Van Giersbergen (ex-The Gathering, solo)
Kobra Paige (Kobra and the Lotus)
Marcelo Bovio (Stream of Passion)

They're talking about what it's like to be a woman in metal, how they got started, any negativity they've faced, how fans see them, how they inspire each other and how constant touring and shows can be damaging to their health and they all had stories, some worse than others.

I like Alissa less than I already did, I don't know what it is about her but she rubs me the wrong way, also she's obsessed with the thought that men only care about naked women, she mentioned it so many times.

Worth a watch if you have a prime membership.

Last time I saw Kobra and the Lotus, I got a high five from Kobra!

Judas Priest are officially a four piece band now with Richie Faulkner their sole guitar player on stage.

So much for the dual guitar attack. A lot of their songs won't sound right anymore live. Unless they use backing tracks.

Hopefully Rob and KK can make nice again and he can come back to the band, it's not good though when your one remaining guitar player almost died on stage due to a cardiac issue! He's seems to be recovering well though.

It was a dumb decision in the first place.
