Randy Rhoads: Reflections of a Guitar Icon Blu-ray

British label Dazzler Media is preparing a Blu-ray release of Andre Relis' Randy Rhoads: Reflections of a Guitar Icon (2022). The release will be available for purchase on August 15.

Official description: Before his tragic death at the age of 25, Randy Rhoads was on a fast track to being hailed by critics and public alike as the greatest rock guitar player of all time.

Over a short two-year period, Randy recorded two seminal multi-platinum albums with Ozzy Osbourne, which are heralded today as among the most noteworthy recordings in hard rock music history. Through his jaw-dropping six-string work on songs such as "Crazy Train," "Mr. Crowley," and "Flying High Again," Randy Rhoads achieved legendary status as a guitar icon and his artistic legacy continues to grow with each passing year.

Porcupine Tree's comeback with Closure/Continuation is currently the #1 album in the UK.

It's sold a lot of physical copies (11,727) [10,784 physicals, 844 downloads, 99 streaming].

No doubt Harry Styles - Harry's House (6,343) album will overtake it come the end of the week but Steven Wilson's band will remain the top selling album this week as in all truth sheep streaming stuff really isn't the same as selling albums as will happen with Styles for a fourth week.

Motley Crue sound on decent form, especially Vince who you can actually hear on the muddy fan videos from the stadium tour in the States.

Looks like Guns And Roses are back on form!

Guns n Roses at Tottenham stadium: Legendary rock band infuriate fans as they are over 90 minutes late on stage / My London

"Legendary rock band Guns n Roses are late for their gig at Tottenham Stadium for the second night in a row and fans are fuming. Despite publicising a start time of 6.45pm, the band still weren't on stage at 8.15pm.

The delayed start time trumps the hour delay of last night (Friday July 1), when Guns n Roses came on stage at around 7.45pm."
