Slipknot’s New Album “The End, So Far” Was Printed With The Wrong Title On Select Vinyl & Cassette Variants / Theprp

"It turns out select physical copies of Slipknot‘s seventh studio album “The End, So Far” were subject to an apparent misprint. Fans who have since received their limited edition copies of the album on vinyl and cassette were understandably a bit perplexed by the alternate title featured on the cover art... In place of the album’s official title of “The End, So Far” is “The End For Now…“. Certain pressings also had the wrong title printed on the album itself.

It would appear that the copies affected by the misprint were caught before being shipped out, but were only addressed by a sticker with the proper album titled affixed over the blunder. Among the pressings afflicted by the error were several of the neon vinyl variants, including the limited edition clear; neon pink; neon yellow; neon violet; cobalt and cassette pressings. Those copies also featured an incorrect track listing with “The Dying Song (Time To Sing)” listed merely as “Dying Song“. Meanwhile, “Hive Mind” was improperly titled “Hivemind“. "

Default Soen - Deceiver

I've been listening to the last Katatonia album (City Burials) on my streaming service and this album by Soen came up in the recommended. I can't say I loved the whole album but I can't stop listening to this song, Deceiver.

It reminds me of both Katatonia and their Norweigan neighbours Leprous

I bought every Katatonia release from debut Dance of December Souls to 2006's The Great Cold Distance then became really bored with them.

The song you posted from 2020 is exactly like the stuff i got fed up off. Basically a metal Radiohead.

For me they never bettered second album Brave Murder Day which is terrific and nothing like what came later.

I'd compare them more to the likes of Marillion rather than Radiohead but I see what you're saying. I think these newer albums need a lot of time invested in listening to them, they get more and more interesting and memorable as you listen more, gone are the days of instant catchiness. That being said, I still love a good chorus

Rumour has it... Mick Mars has walked out on Motley Crue due to the unprofessional behaviour of the rest of the band

It's being stated that he is being replaced by former Rob Zombie / Alice Cooper guitarist John 5

If you've read 'The Dirt' it's quite clear that Mars isn't very fond of the other 3 members anyway, so this is not a surprise
