was pleased to see that Flats are supporting the Moz on a few dates shortly, now thats a way to keep the fans guessing ahem.
otherwise "punk" is an attitude not a uniform.
that is i think Part Chimp are "punk"
and Green Day are not.

Totally agree, I listen to loads of music that would not be classed as "Punk" but feel it is more punk than the majority of punk I hear today or even of yesterday.

Converge are definitely a hardcore band! And Cave In were, they've just progressed a bit! Anyone who's down with the whole Hydrahead/Boston scene still follows them!

Anyway, if we're being traditionalists, for me, the top 3 punk/HC bands are Bad Brains, Descendents and The Hope Conspiracy.
