I saw HEART back on the 'Brigade' tour supported by THUNDER.
I was supposed to see them a few years back at The Albert Hall but it was the time of the train strikes and I could not go. Then it all kicked off between Anne and Nancy and that was that..

"Saxon frontman Biff Byford has cancelled his upcoming April 2020 UK solo tour.

In a very honest video message to fans, Biff has confirmed that the tour cancellation is down to poor ticket sales, which may or may not have been exacerbated by the coronavirus.

“My solo tour, the tickets haven’t sold – we haven’t sold any tickets for the past week, it’s virtually stopped,” Biff said.

“The promoters have asked me to cancel the tour and put it back to later on. I don’t know whether it’s because of the coronavirus and people are nervous about buying tickets in April or whether Saxon are out there too much. The tickets have stopped selling in the last week, week-and-a-half. It’s sad.”"

I wouldn't go to any concerts personally.

I'd find it difficult to live with myself if me going to an unnecessary event meant i caught the virus without knowing and during it's incubation period, passed it on to an older relative who ended up dying from it.

We're having a quiet week on the tickets front too, a lot of calls from customers asking if the shows they've booked for are going ahead (yes, currently) but new sales have slowed down a bit.

I've not got anything booked myself, and it probably wouldn't stop me going to a seated concert, but a club gig is something different entirely, would probably not bother.

All I’ve got booked is the Manics in an outdoor venue here in Halifax at the end of June, pretty sure that will still go ahead

"After serious consideration, it is with much regret that THE WHO have postponed their UK tour, due to start next Monday March 16th in Manchester at the Manchester Arena and finishing at Wembley SSE Arena on April 8th. The fans' safety is paramount and given the developing Coronavirus situation, the band felt that they had no option but to postpone the shows.

The dates will be rescheduled for later in the year. All tickets will be honoured.

Singer Roger Daltrey assures fans that the shows will "definitely happen and it may be the last time we do a tour of this type, so keep those tickets, as the shows will be fantastic.”

Pete Townshend said the band, ”haven't reached this decision easily, but given the concerns about public gatherings, we couldn’t go ahead.” He added that “if one fan caught Coronavirus at a WHO concert it would be one too many.”

Unfortunately, THE WHO will also be unable to appear at the Royal Albert Hall on March 28th as part of the annual Teenage Cancer Trust shows, but intend to reschedule that show also, with more news to follow."
