Struggling with this. How come all these gigs are being postponed?

Very soon we will have NO Covid restrictions whatsoever so what's the problem?

I think it's because all the different European countries have different rules so it's a logistical nightmare! It might also be down to slow sales though, it's not really comparable to a tour of this scale but we've had a few shows recently reschedule their tours because of the overall lack of ticket sales, just UK tours where there is currently no restrictions for indoor events of these sizes.

Not much going on at this years Reading and Leeds festivals


Makes me yearn for the good old days of (say) 1987 when it was just the Reading Festival

Planet Rockstock 2022 - more acts to be announced


Headlining Friday is Bernie Marsden, who will be performing a set of Whitesnake classics

The special guest slot on Friday are rock icons Sweet

Sunday night headliners are Monster Truck

Elles Bailey is making her Planet Rockstock debut on the Sunday

Bona fide metal legend Blaze Bayley is also confirmed for Sunday, and he’ll be performing a set of Iron Maiden anthems alongside material from his own distinguished solo back catalogue

Danny Bryant and Thin Lizzy offshoots Grand Slam will perform on the Friday evening this year.

Elsewhere, three-piece Yorkshire metallers Vardis and Merseyside hard rockers Ashen Reach both play on the Saturday, while Manchester rock livewires Absolva perform on the Sunday.

With the headliner still to be announced, the Thursday line-up features Swedish rockers H.E.A.T., Kingdom of Madness: Classic Magnum, who will be performing a classic Magnum set, and Wolverhampton melodic hard rockers Gin Annie
