Pity they can't change the line ups around as there's a top day out for me.

Guns N' Roses
Queens of the Stone Age
Manic Street Preachers

My most anticipated acts are probably:
  • Queens of the Stone Age
  • Guns N' Roses
  • Elton John
  • Texas
  • Blondie
  • Lightning Seeds
  • Editors
  • Fatboy Slim
  • Leftfield
  • Badly Drawn Boy
  • The Damned

Away from the music and to a different stage, I think the debate including Nazanin Zaghari-Radcliffe would be many informative, as would the one with the Bereaved and Survivors from Grenfell.

The 45 minute session with Led By Donkeys would be interesting – some of their activism is brilliant and they would probably be funny and enlightening.

I never noticed The Damned listed. They would definitely be part of my rocking (dream) day out. I deliberately didn't include any pop acts like Blondie.

Edit - I'm not seeing any of the last four acts you've listed, Nos. Fatboy Slim, Leftfield, The Damned or Badly Drawn Boy

Cassyette is one of the Leftfield acts. She's supposed to be good. Part of anew wave of alt metal alongside Nova Twins and others.

Just listened to Cassyette for the first time.

It's not original or new. Not sure why there's hype in the likes of Metal Hammer. No different to the pop punk likes of Ashley Simpson or Pink in her rockier era.

I do like it though, just as i also liked the two i likened her to.

They are further down on the Glastonbury website – there are so many different stages and venues with different acts and attractions, too many to mention here.

Fatboy Slim and Leftfield are on the same stage as Alison Goldfrapp, another artist I'd like to see.

I've seen Seth Lakeman and Kathryn Roberts in the Hullabaloo, a small venue in Darlington, and they are very good, so I'd also like to see them again and hope they'll be on TV.

Well they do look like they've sailed up from Port Royal. Land on the south coast and play gigs there, then back on the ship to Georgetown.

Similarly i'd expect Amon Amarth to play a quick gig on Lindisfarne, try and get down as far as York then away before the local magistrates know anything about it.
