Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets will play some early Pink Floyd classics at six UK shows this autumn

SEPTEMBER 2018
Portsmouth Guildhall – Sun 23rd
London Roundhouse – Mon 24th
Birmingham Symphony Hall – Tue 25th
Manchester O2 Apollo – Thu 27th
Glasgow SEC Armadillo – Fri 28th
Nottingham Royal Concert Hall – Sat 29th

If the setlist from a show played at Dingwalls earlier this month is anything to go by, these should be a delight for fans of Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd music

  • Astronomy Domine
  • Lucifer Sam
  • Fearless
  • Obscured by Clouds
  • When You're In
  • Arnold Layne
  • The Nile Song
  • Green Is the Colour
  • Let There Be More Light
  • Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun
  • See Emily Play
  • Bike
  • One of These Days
  • A Saucerful of Secrets
  • Point Me at the Sky

Nottingham! I expect you to go to that.

I would had Doro been on the bill at Manchester. It's Y&T there.

Their tour is a bitty, strange affair!

They have already played three dates in the UK in February, with Magnum, Rock Goddess and Diamond Head:
Feb 23: Cardiff University, UK
Feb 24: Cambridge Corn Exchange, UK
Feb 25: Hull City Hall, UK

Then they announced four more dates in October, with Y&T and Wayward Sons:
Oct 18: Glasgow Barrowlands, UK
Oct 19: London Roundhouse, UK
Oct 20: Portsmouth Guildhall, UK
Oct 21: Manchester Academy, UK

and now there are these three more dates in November, with Doro and Wayward Sons

Personally, I think the three dates already played would have been the most interesting

Recent gigs...King Khan and the Shrines, howling garage punk via James Brown. Amazing stuff.

Thee Dagger Debs, three piece female band playing real r&b in a pub rock, garage punk style. Pure fun, I have a feeling they will break out of the scene and cross over into the mainstream in a minor way.

Spanish garage punkers The Parrots in a couple of weeks.
