Surprised that Thunder are confident they can sell out arenas! Good on them
Thunder guarantee a good gig and the rock world has cottoned onto that fact again. They are probably bigger now than they were in the early 90's.

Another of those bands i need to buy a back catalogue of. I only owned Backstreet Symphony when it came out on vinyl.

Plus you get Ugly Kid Joe who's two main hits Cats in the Cradle and Everything About You will bring the house down cos they were f*cking huge back in the day.

I actually bought their second album Menace to Sobriety on cd last year. It doesn't have the 'hits' but it's still a good album. I think Milkman's Son was the nearest they got to a hit from that record. Pretty sure they did NIB for that Sabbath album Nativity in Black too - Think that was a single - That's four songs well worth hearing which is more than you can say for most support bands.

I saw Thunder in 1992, and they were a good, solid rock band

Support came from the Australian band The Screaming Jets

I saw THUNDER as support for HEART back in about 1990.
It was Wembley Arena and was HEART'S 'Brigade' Tour.
THUNDER only had 'Back Street Symphony' album out.

Weird that they're doing Falkirk, couple of decent support acts though

Can’t believe the Manics are supporting a band as shite as the Killers, felt sick when I saw the announcement

That’s probably because you can read the logo on their albums

Seriously though, their first two albums are excellent rock albums, full of great guitar work and amazing vocals from Danny Bowes (who, unlike a certain singer from a coloured snake band, can still reach all the high notes faultlessly)
