no not from really,the sound is a lot more intense in some cases,The Fog theme especially sounds better,Halloween theme seems faster than the original,all in all 10 out of 10 from me..

If you went to the one of the concerts last year then this new album is a nice reminder because it’s the same band that was on the tour and these new arrangements sound like the live versions. More like songs than film themes I guess. It’s very good!

Dare I say,DARE-DARE! that some of the tracks sound even better than the original versions...(that's for the knob head on Amazon who gave it a slating)...
