The new Myles Kennedy and Ministry albums.

I was in HMV Manchester today but couldn't browse cd's because Snow Patrol were playing a set for the wrist band crowd. I had to send an assistant up to get those two for me.

Having said that i got to browse dvd's whilst listening to Snow Patrol play six songs from their new album.

I've been looking forward to this coming out, I was really surprised that HMV had the clear red vinyl in stock as it's pretty limited and I thought it was sold out!

There is also a CD with a lenticular sleeve but that was £14.00 and you got 2 bonus tracks one of which is a Pet Shop Boys cover version so I opted for the vinyl!

The Pretty Reckless - Going to Hell.

Special edition digi pac from Music Magpie. £3.99. A bargain given that it's has the extra tracks and is in virtually mint condition. The poster had never been unfolded you could tell.

It's 17 quid plus postage on Amazon used.

I prefer Disease myself.
I had the pleasure of seeing these guys live in the early 90’s. It was pretty creepy and they definitely freaked the audience out! I’m pretty sure that they were opening up for My Dying Bride! Peaceville records often did package tours back then.

Seems I saw them twice. First was with Fear Factory and KONG (another great electronic band on Peaceville) opened the show, they had a stage and PA speaker in each corner of the room and audience was in the middle! Crazy night!!
