I wasn't sure what to think when i first heard them on Youtube. The thing is though YT isn't the best platform to hear anything one so it's a bit of a conundrum for me. It's not like Somewhere in Time, Seventh Son etc were poorly produced anyway. Not sure about the Shirley stuff though as i've never been convinced by his productions with Maiden.
This is the only one I've bought, I've got the whole set of the 1998 remasters which were great anyway like you said, not listened to this Live After Death yet as it's still in transit, hopefully it sounds good! My old one no longer plays my favourite track after all!

CD arrived yesterday evening, and the concierge took it (as usual) I went down to collect it today and the lock on the cupboard they store the parcels in has broken typical... I have to wait for the caretaker to come on duty so he can fix the lock!

I now have the image of Eddie bursting through the cupboard door in true Live After Death style.

I've not listened to that Satriani album in ages, it's surprised me you buying that, I was under the impression you're not a fan of instrumental rock and metal!

I was listening to some of his new album the other day and loved it so i thought i'd buy a cheapie first to see if i did actually like Satriani or not before buying the new one. It was between this and Flying in a Blue Dream - Big Bad Moon was a cool song back in the day.

Put it this way, he's not as annoying as Steve Vai

Love the look of that LA Glam comp, i'd happily play that all summer too

Default Dio and Slash / Myles Kennedy

A couple of cheapies from Music Magpie. The photos make the cases look a lot scruffier than they actually are.
