Don't worry I've paid £25 each for the new Darkthrone pressings as well because the old ones sounded like crap after all these years, so I actually paid more money cos I bought them twice

Here's the thing. They sounded like crap in the 90's and they still sound like crap now.

I love them but they sound like someone hissing through tracing paper while someone else bangs on a bean tin in the next room.

They make Venom's Black Metal seem like Hysteria in comparison.
