I don't have that Killers album yet, though it is one I have been meaning to buy.

As for the pop-punk compilation, I can only think record company didn't have many options and was a bit desperate so decided anything with electric guitar and drums would do!

It's actually a really good compilation - Sum 41, Fountains of Wayne, 30 Seconds to Mars, Blink 182, Good Charlotte, Weezer, Bloodhound Gang, Angels and Airwaves, Bowling For Soup, Simple Plan, Feeder, Lit, Avril, Andrew WK, Ash, Iggy, Fall Out Boy, Incubus and many more.

Perfect for summer days driving.

To be honest i thought there were some cracking albums released last year.

Not as many releases as usual but with Deep Purple, Bruce Springsteen, AC/DC, Enslaved, Benediction...the quality was definitely there.

Hopefully The Killers too. Looking forward to listening to it tomorrow.

Sadly the song My Own Soul's Warning became a main song for when I walk, along with Blinding Lights by The Weeknd
