Someone left a comment for the review calling the reviewer a 'clueless gimp!'

Super Happy

I keep the R1 MDK for the interviews and the Shameless version for the trailer as it's apparently missing from the SS DVD.

It was Django.

My thoughts on this one here: http://midnightspecialfttf.blogspot....ss-dvd-11.html

Ultimately found this one a bit boring unfortunately. Always nice to find a giallo I've never seen before tho.

I like the reverse cover art for most of Shameless' DVDs better than the front...It tends to look more 70s and retro (e.g. my dear killer or night train murders), whereas the main cover art, whilst very cool looking, is a bit more exploitative and is obviously there to catch the eye of someone looking through the horror section at their local DVD store!

Really liked this one,had some trouble figuring out the clue that gave the killer away in the end though.
But I finally figured it out!

Saw this one recently; really loved this one. Alongside The Designated Victim, it's my fav Shameless release so far. I was not sure about the Poirot-esque ingredient, but I did like that it had me guessing and I thought George Hilton pulled off the lead detective rather well - one could really sense the pressure that the police were under and the fact that they were not getting anywhere. It was a procedural that took its time, which is how it should be, and I liked the attention to the clues and details.

I definitely opted for the reverse cover - the front's fine, but they don't make the old ones like they used to. The reverse cover perfectly suits the mood and time of the film. If only they made thrillers like this today

Default SHAM011 - My Dear Killer

Yes, MY DEAR KILLER is a very good giallo and the best version of this film by Shameless as its got the scene in the beginning in the right place unlike the
R1 dvd
The same applies to STRIP NUDE FOR YOUR KILLER as the beginning is in colour not a blue tint as in the R1 dvd
So well done Shameless!

Had to watch this again this morning as part of a double bill (I watched Oasis Of Fear for the first time) and it really is such a great film. Still can't get over how quick Morro is to try and wrap the case up, cracks me up every time!
