Ah, sorry. I was talking about the scene that's regularly put in the wrong place in most cuts of the film, that Shameless has in the correct order. Sorry for the confusion.

I had to jump over my shadow once to complete my Shameless collection with this cut DVD release - so if the BD will feature the same censored version, I'll deffo take a pass and get the US version.

I will not spend my money just because of exclusive extras, the movie it the one that is important.

Maybe the BBFC will totally surprise us and grant the film an uncut 18 this time around. Stranger things have happened.

Since I collect different cuts of movies it wasn't that painful to spend a few bucks on the UK DVD - as I've also purchased the German FSK 18 discs that's missing over 2 minutes of gore - but on BD I want the uncut edition and that one only.

@ Steve: If the BBFC demands cuts, you could talk to them about how awful the effects are, how ridiculous they look and how unlikely it is for any one individual to be turned on by that ... who knows, maybe it works.
It's really funny - in the UK, people can slice an eye but not a nipple.

I can tell you one thing - I was 13 the time I first saw this movie ... fully uncut. And to date, I haven't sliced a single ege or nipple, neither have I shoved a bottle up a woman's happy place or shot someone through the face.

So, maybe it's not enough to statistically prove British censors wrong but still, it's a start.
