Competition Night train Murders - The Verdict...

So... Late Night Trains huh?

Refused a certificate in 1976 by the BBFC, branded a video nasty and never dared a release in the UK...

Until now!

Shameless Screen Entertainment is proud to announce that Night Train Murders will be released fully uncut on to DVD on 25th February 2008!

I hope along with the news that Flavia got through uncut vindicates our admitedly risky strategy of trying to push through films that no one else would risk. Sure we don't win every time but to date we'll be bringing you Torso, Killer Nun, Flavia the Heretic and now Night Train Murders uncut and available to pick up in a normal retail environment!

Fantastic news and a great movie too!! (To be honest I watched it again recently and didn't think there was anything too snip-worthy, but I guess I've grown immune to blood and gore by now...)

I was unsure until the end (mainly due to the Macha Meril toilet rape) but this is absolutely excellent news for Shameless.

Another victory and a well deserved one. I think the artwork department can rightly run rampant with an 'Available UNCUT for the first time in the UK' banner for this one.

Happy days!

Guess that means I have to email them another back pat! Bah... I'm not used to being nice to the BBFC!

Great news - I gave my copy away (foolishly) so I will snap this one up. I think my previous version was a DVD-R of a Japanese laserdisc, which I remember was murky during dark scenes, so an upgrade was in order anyway.

Any ideas on cover art for this one yet or if a trailer will be included?
