Officer Bailey!
 

I don't know why she wasn't used a lot more but I really like what little we got to see of Officer Bailey. She disappeared in later episodes too. It would have been nice to get to know her some more. I was happy when Powell and Joycie got bigger roles and was hoping Bailey would too...sadly it was not to be! :(

And the poor woman took a beating from Hazel Kent too...honestly, there's no justice in this world!
