How come Targets was pulled from i think Eureka's slate a while back?

Wonder if Criterion have overcome those issues from preventing it's release or is it a case of this keep getting pushed back until it's dropped altogether. Only time will tell.

It was BFI and they didn't give any details as to why it was pulled, I'd expect a UK Criterion release to be announced shortly. They must have the worldwide rights.

Default The CRITERION DVD and Blu-ray Thread

From the BFI Facebook group - Looks like they will be releasing 'Targets' in the UK (eventually).

There's currently a Criterion sale on at HMV and Amazon.

Meanwhile May's UK titles are Smooth Talk and Repulsion.

Me too. I'd like Ugetsu, but it never gets reduced by much. Like its contractually obliged to be at a certain price point?

Maybe. I quite fancy Eraserhead and Scorsese's The Irishman. Neither ever go below the £20 mark. It's a bit steep for a single film for me.

They are also on eBay from the same seller at the same price, which is handy for Quidco cashback. I am seriously considering upgrading my DVDs of The Age of Innocence, Punch Drunk Love, and Klute to the Criterion Blu-ray releases.

My copy of The Age of Innocence arrived this afternoon from The Entertainment Store, i've never seen it before but it looks right up my street
