Looking at some of the other German (and Austrian) on-line shops this would appear to be German audio only with no sub-titles.

Picked up copy of Michael Winner's The Mechanic with a very young looking Jan-Michael Vincent as Charles Bronson's protege. Transfer was adequate but nothing special. My player had tremendous problems playing the disc though . I think I prefer the German title Kalter Hauch (Cold Touch).

There is English Audio Available for the German Theatrical Cut. Only German Subtitels for the Italian Cut though.
