Got a favor to ask of our German speaking friends. Dellamorte, Dellamore, the upcoming 3 disc mediabook, does anyone have info on the audio tracks? I managed to find out that the aspect ratio will be the original 1.66:1. As for the audio tracks, all I have heard so far is German 5.1, German 2.0 and English 2.0. Not a word if it's lossless or lossy audio. I emailed '84 Entertainment and got this reply:

"i dont know about the audio, it is in a very good quality.

best
Rene"

It's not a cheap release and I'd like to be sure if I'm buying a quality product, simple Dolby Digital is not a good thing nowadays, is it? I'll be very grateful if anyone helps me out with this question. Thanks in advance.

You sure? The back says 1.78:1, same as their last release was. It has English 2.0, German 2.0 and German 5.1 audio. Says DTS -HD.

Yes, it's 1.66:1 this time. Where does it say DTS-HD? All I see is DD 5.1 and DD 2.0. I'd like to be wrong of course.

Of course, since it lists the wrong aspect ratio (still think people will get this and it won't be 1.66), the DTS-HD could be wrong.

I emailed '84 Entertainment asking about the aspect ratio too. It's 1.66 according to them. Also check this out, it's in German though.

Thanks! I already have the previous '84 blu-ray. Have no interest in the 3D version but i'll get this if it's in the correct aspect ratio.

I thought Dellamore was silly as hell, but I guess it has fans.Only thing of interest to me was mr. Soavi's visual skills.Think I'll pass upgrading this turkey.I like my spaghetticorpses the way they used to be.
