Indeed ... due to the whopping scale of LOTR et bleedin' cetera, this beautiful and nasty film needs a revival.

Tbh I enjoy all Peter Jacksons films one way or other only one I didn't like was The lovely Bones , found it dull boring and to much dream like sequences and a not of a mess .

Have dug out bad taste (anchor bay i think) and braindead (dutch dvd) from loft because of this discussion, just need to get Meet The Feebles! Anybody got a recommendation for a good/affordable release?

I'm not a fan of The Lovely Bones either. It didn't seem to work as a cohesive piece of cinema and sadly wasn't as engaging as it needed to be.

At least its not four mediabooks for each film... and the display case to store them in.
