Grindhouse will have done their own restoration from the materials, they don't use other companies masters. I wonder if the release will still have a fuzzyness to it or if it'll be razor sharp?

True and Grindhouse release has better transfer for beyond than Arrow

I think they used the same master as Arrow for The Beyond but performed their own colour-correction on it.

All the same master though... although, you are at least guaranteed the corrected disc if you don't buy the slip box edition.
