If it was me i'd wait until close of play Wednesday before doing anything. Gives them two full working days following the long weekend to get back to you which is ample time.

Easy for me to say i know, especially when you feel annoyed.

Yeah, I'll wait a couple of more days and will ask paypal to file a chargeback if I don't hear back from 88 Films. And I thought Raro was difficult to deal with.

I've found they service spot on so far but that was straight buys from they're Amazon link then the store , no pre orders or anything.

Anyone know a date for Burial Ground and Man from Deep River yet ? Theres been no news on these for a while.
I'd love them to ad Lenzi's Eaten Alive to the BD Italian range .

Distance selling is now covered by the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013.

The right to cancel is 14 days from either when the right to cancel is presented in a durable form (such as e-mail, letter or text message) or when the goods are received, whichever is later. A consumer should make clear in writing that they wish to cancel and a refund should be no later than 14 days from when cancellation is agreed.

Any joy yet with hearing back from them? 88 have posted an offer on their Facebook page for the American Ninja set, a post or two aren't impressed with the sudden price drop.

Couldn't they just have waited a few months before dropping the price like that?
Talk about a slap in the face of the ones who pre-ordered...

I paid £45, plus £2 postage & packing, only two months ago. Reducing the price of a limited edition release by a third so quickly isn't cool.

I can only think it didn't sell so well initially.

Well aint that a kick in the head, there goes any direct support from me from now on. Amazon all the way, even if 88 do try to sneakily repackage and fool people into paying over the odds.
