My thoughts exactly. When we were representing Arrow, I'm pretty sure it was the case for most of their sales came from people browsing in store and buying on the spur of the moment.

I have no way of backing this up, but I imagine those of us with multi-region home cinema setups who purchase from overseas in order to get the best (or only) version of films are in the minority, and most people buy from Amazon/HMV online or HMV in store or supermarket. I know a couple of people who haven't even upgraded their Disney films from VHS to DVD, and know some here have mentioned that's the case for some of their films because the uncut versions (or ones with exclusive commentaries/extra features) are (still) on VHS or LaserDisc!

It's all academic really. They either will release it or not. We all have opinions but only time will tell. If they go according to their Facebook page replies by fans then they probably won't as the majority say no.

Personally, if it's added to their Slasher collection and has a number on the spine my (And yours....!) OCD will kick in and I'll buy it. But that would be the only reason unless they come up with some super duper extras from somewhere.

I think 88 are doing a sterling job at releasing films that fans want but I do think they might take a bit of a hit on this one. Just my opinion and if they go for it, I hope I'm wrong.

Neither did I.
Artwork was guff,so an 88 release is a no-brainer.

I buy all their releases anyway!

Glad I sold my Code Red and Klein Hardbox Nailgun Massacre discs.

The 88 package is excellent!

Was Nightmare pushed back? I expected to see it in HMV as it was one the new releases list on Amazon, however it said out of stock and expected in 10-12 days.
