Do tell!

I don't know why they would be, because Raro are based in the US and, because they aren't affected by the Cinematograph Films (Animals) Act, would be able to release an uncut version with all the animal violence. That would appeal to those who have an 'all or nothing' approach to cuts in films and, as such, won't buy the 88 Films release.

Anyone been in contact with 88 Films through mail lately?
I sent a message a couple of days ago, asking for the tracking number for the latest order, but haven't gotten a response from them yet.

Are they slow to respond, or do they only stay in touch through Facebook these days?

I don't wanna enter that Facebook hell again, just to get an simple answer from these companies.

'Sleepaway Camp' sequels extra features and covers:

Part 2
  • Teenage Wasteland! Slasher Expert Justin Kerswell on the Sleepaway Camp Films
  • Original Trailer
  • Sleepaway Camp 3 Trailer
  • 88 Films Trailer Reel
  • Reversible Sleeve featuring alternative UK VHS Artwork
  • Booklet interview with director Michael Simpson (TBC)

Part 3
  • Unhappy Campers!: Interview with Academic Mikel Koven
  • Deleted Scenes
  • Original Trailer
  • Sleepaway Camp 2 Trailer
  • 88 Films Trailer Reel
  • Reversible Sleeve featuring original poster artwork

Strange that the title that is used for the interview is the sub-title for the other film!

From the book of face:

For this Friday's announcement (#3) we've come down with a bit of Giallo Fever.....

Presented in a brand new 2k restoration from the Original Negative in 88 Films' Italian Collection is Seven Deaths in the Cat's Eye.

In a small Scottish village, horribly murdered bodies keep turning up. Suspicion falls upon the residents of a nearby castle that is haunted by a curse involving a killer cat....

Directed by Antonio Margheriti this Blu-ray and DVD release will land some time in late Q3, or early Q4.

Stay tuned for next Fridays announcement which may possibly be a bit of a Cannon Classic.....

I love this film the best Friday announcement so far. Wonder what Cannon Classic may be?
