That's what they told me. Wether it is actually true or not I don't know, but that is what they told me.

From my understanding it has something to do with forced subs on the foreign language tracks? To stop importation or something. Swear I read something similar around when the first few Italian line releases came out

88 have said somewhere that as long as you buy a disc in a transparent red case, as opposed to a solid coloured red case, then the disc inside will be fine

One thing that irks me about 88 Films BDs is their disc authoring, why do they block changing of audio streams unless you stop the film and select the audio from the settings? It wouldn't be so bad if there was a resume button but you have to start again from the start.

Most of the time this isn't an issue but on a dubbed Italian film you sometimes want to see which dub is the least shit

I was able to switch soundtracks from English to Italian on 88's BURIAL GROUND blu ray by using the audio button on my remote, without stopping the film

Same here, I watched about half an hour in English then switched to Italian. The English dub was getting on m nerves, the strange looking guy sounded like Larry the Lamb!
