Bought Burial Ground, has some shockingly shit acting and dubbing, no plot as such but great zombie make up and effects. Decent film.

The interview with Michael Coven discussing Bianche's other films is good and made me want to see more of his weird stuff.

However a contender for the scariest thing since Bob in House by the Cemetary.... young Michael

I also really enjoyed the WTF? featurette by Mikel Koven and, like you, it left me wanting to rewatch the Andrea Bianchi I haven't seen in a long time and find DVDs of the ones I haven't seen.

Yes, Michael is one of the weirdest characters in any film I've seen; Peter Bark was a strange looking man, and casting him to play a young boy in an incestuous relationship with his mother was, in a very perverted way, a stroke of genius!

No young actor can come close to the legend that is... Bob

aka Giovanni Frezza.

Maybe, but Peter Bark was not exactly young, was he!

Haha I used to think that but nah Bob is nothing in comparison after watching the creepiest performance ever from Peter Bark. It's not even intentional though, that's the truly frightening thing.

I am loving the regular announcements that 88 are making, and this past Fridays was great bunch. I was hoping a UK label would pick up Friday Foster and Beyond Darkness is a prime piece of Italian exploitation. I wonder if Bill is sharing his transfer with 88?

I hope theres some more announcements this Friday, so far 88 have a very interesting set of titles.
