Anyone managed to spot Dead Nextdoor in HMV yet? I can't find it anywhere, I'm begining to wish I hadn't cancelled my Amazon pre-order now.

You can currently order it from HMV online for £8.99 - cheaper than Amazon's pre-order ended up getting down to if I recall correctly.

My pre-order was down to £11 I think then I decided to cancel it thinking I'd skip into HMV and pick it up for £8.99 instead...

Incidently there aren't many new listing for 88 Films on the BBFC website...

Posted this elsewhere but worth sticking here....

"Checked out Zombie Holocaust. The restoration is a slight improvement over 88's but anyone claiming the trasfer 'blows 88's out the water' is probably guilty of a little hyperbole. Factor in the extras and the reinstated scene and its a definite must buy and worth choosing over 88's release just dont expect miracles from the transfer. I've already seen one or two grumbles on Facebook."

Essentially its still grainy, its still going to piss off people looking for a stunning restoration but its as good as its going to get. Doubt it'll stop people chasing rainbows and buying every import version out there looking for the transfer in their heads.
