High Rising on FB:

"Apologies in advance for this but Bey Logan has become tied up on the new KICKBOXER sequel and, essentially, dropped the 88 Films commentary for OILY MANIAC. I would rather listen to him than me as well, but as a last minute filler 88 Films has asked me to talk Nanyang Tall Tales and Hong Kong horror in the seventies for the new edition of OILY MANIAC. It's either that or bare bones so I have agreed... (If anyone who moans wants to offer their own knowledge of Malaysian superstitions instead, I'm happy to step down).

Hey, doesn't mean you have to watch it, right? Anyway... hope I can offer something reasonably new on a film that I am - at least - proud to have arranged a worldwide HD premiere for."

I like the reverse art for I Drink Your Blood - I don't think anyone has posted it. As Stephen pointed out - no logos!

I've always disliked the head on the 'I drink your blood" covers, has absolutely nothing to do with the film.
Really like the front cover 88 films are using myself.

Sorry about this and thank you for your patience."

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet

"Three years before he shocked slasher fans senseless with his classic sequel FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VI: JASON LIVES, director Tom McLaughlin was laughing his career in fear with ONE DARK NIGHT (1983) an unheralded horror gem that is finally unleashed courtesy of the 88 Vault Collection. Telling a terrifying tale of some teenagers who opt to spend the night in a morgue but awake a demonic force that takes none too kindly to trespassers - ONE DARK NIGHT has not been seen in the UK since the VHS era! However, this colourful bout of eighties carnage is back to frighten a new generation - and with a leading lady turn from the beautiful Meg Tilly (PSYCHO II) is it any wonder this decade defining ghost story has never been forgotten by those who first encountered its eerie charms?"
