That's good then!
It has the alternative title Revenge of the Zombies and, from its description in Peter Dendle's The Zombie Encyclopaedia, sounds like a lot of fun.

"The Shaw brothers combine black magic, martial arts, and gore in this intense horror-cult favourite" in which "Budget effects and lackluster martial arts sequences are more than compensated by sustained energy and brazen creativity. Solid conceptual support and period surprises keep things festive: an old wizard flogs a zombie woman with a dead weasel, for example, and then plucks out his own eyes and instructs Chung Ping to eat them for greater powers."

I have it on DVD as part of their Grindhouse Collection and remember being pleasantly surprised; it's something I'll rewatch before it's available to preorder.

Stephen Bissette from the 'Deep Red Horror Handbook':

Film 2.5 (out of 5)
Gore 7 (out of 10)

"Recommended viewing for lovers of exploitation...Even the cut version delivers the goods...Oriental occultism and sadism...cannibalism, zombie f**king human meltdowns, stigmata mutilations, parasitic worms under the skin...In one incredible scene, he shaves a woman's crotch, using the pubic hair in a potion that induces instant lactation and 'false' pregnancy...creates a small army of zombies by driving nine inch spikes into the top of their heads"!

Black Magic 2 is a lot of gory fun. I own the US Celestial DVD (below) and actually prefer it to the first installment.

I will be upgrading once it hits the HMV 5 for £30.

88's Asia titles are very hit and miss for me, but I enjoyed the first BLACK MAGIC so I'll be picking this one up.
