Hi guys, does anybody shop at hmv in preston and do they have a good selection of 88films blurays and horror blurays in general?.It's my closest hmv 40 miles and I don't want to waste my time if they don't have a good selection.

We told you we weren't done today...
No pennies??? No plot??? No problem!!!
With innovation comes influence (and we don't just mean our Slasher Classics range wink emoticon ) - and so it was that in 1985 another group of backwoods filmmakers from the Lone Star State gave us another legendary Texas-set splatter-shocker: NAIL GUN MASSACRE.
An icon of the VHS age, sleazier and cheesier than any of its contemporaries and featuring more power tool plasma-spillage than you can shake a chainsaw at, 88 Films is proud to welcome this notorious late night beer 'n' pizza pot-boiler, restored and remastered from the original 16mm materials, into the Slasher Classics Collection!

Cool! I only saw Nailgun the other year and it's absolutely ridiculous with near hardcore sex from what I remember. Great addition to the line.

88 Films can do no wrong in my eyes now. Their earlier stuff wasn't to my taste but between the Tromas, the slasher range and the line they're just knocking it out out of the park.

Ah fine.

The reverse art is rather nice without the logo,so I'll be holding on to it.

"We have had to, unfortunately, do DEAD OF WINTER as a booklet-only, bare bones release as, despite our tireless efforts, no one involved has been willing to do an interview

As such, we have put some extra energy into the wonderful X-RAY with the full specs now confirmed:

*Brand new interview with director Boaz Davidson
*Brand new interview with cinematographer Nicholas Josef von Sternberg
*Brand new audio commentary with Justin Kerswell, author of TEENAGE WASTELAND, and Calum Waddell, director of SLICE AND DICE: THE SLASHER FILM FOREVER
*Collector's booklet featuring an A-Z guide to Playboy pin-ups in horror cinema"
keirarts and VeZius like this.

I do from time to time. They usually have the 88 titles in as I've bought a few of those from there as well as the Odeon releases. Beware a weekend near the end of the month as that's my payday and I usually spend a few quid there!

Apparently crazy 'Code Red' Bill has had a rant on 88's Facebook page about them releasing Nail Gun Massacre... it's apparently since been deleted though. I mean, how dare they release a more affordable version that customers will be able to actually buy?!
